Purpose

 

You will support the execution of our digital marketing strategy, contributing to brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial growth across our target markets, including events marketing.

Working closely with the VP of Global Sales & Marketing, you will help translate strategic priorities into structured, measurable marketing activities. Your focus will be on execution excellence, performance optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Consulting teams.

In this role, you will

  • Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO and social media to drive lead generation
  • Support website updates, landing page creation, and conversion optimisation initiatives
  • Assist in developing and publishing content (articles, case studies, webinars, and insights) in collaboration with subject-matter experts
  • Manage campaign setup, tracking, and reporting using social media or search engine ad platforms and CRM tools
  • Monitor, analyse, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing return on investment (ROI) upon project completion
  • Coordinate with external providers or agencies where applicable
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and joint initiatives
  • Support sales enablement with marketing materials and campaign follow-up
  • Maintain marketing databases and ensure CRM hygiene related to campaigns
  • Stay informed on digital trends and suggest improvements based on best practices
  • Work collaboratively with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure a strong end-to-end client experience
  • Plan and produce promotional events, such as conferences, product launches, and webinars
  • Design aesthetically appealing marketing materials.

You are expected to bring

  • Strong computer proficiency and experience working with a range of digital marketing tools and software, including keyword planning applications, content management systems (HubSpot knowledge would be ideal), email automation tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools
  • Ability to innovate and develop novel ideas are essential for sharing feedback with teams, building new strategies and executing new projects
  • Creativity to understand diverse perspectives on marketing concepts to develop unique campaigns that appeal to the Foregenix's target audience
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B, technology, or professional services environments
  •  Practical experience with SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and analytics tools
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation process
  • Ability to work with performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, collaborative, and improvement-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
