Your mission is to safeguard our reputation through the systematic measurement of quality indicators, meticulous comparison against industry standards, and the management of a critical feedback loop dedicated to error prevention.

As a detail-driven professional, you will combine a methodical approach with a passion for the cybersecurity industry. You will represent our values in every review: committing to our clients’ protection, taking responsibility for the integrity of our documentation, and collaborating across
consulting teams to ensure an exceptional and secure experience from delivery to submission.

To succeed in this role

  • You will demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail and a diligent approach in performing the non-technical reviews for all project deliverables
  • You will execute QA methodologies and scripts, ensuring all items are reviewed and prioritised in an efficient manner
  • You will work directly with the Global Delivery Manager to ensure all deliverables are produced in line with guidance notes and program templates and requirements
  • You will manage Third-Party Submissions with strict attention to deadlines, ensuring the end goal is met through consistent follow-up
  • You will demonstrate resilience and self-motivation, maintaining a high level of excellence even when performing routine, process-oriented tasks
  • You will act as a key point of contact for reviews, providing insightful feedback to improve the efficiency of our internal methodologies.

In this role you will

  • Perform the documentation quality review of all reports and documents produced by the consulting teams
  • Liaise directly with consultants to provide constructive feedback on deliverables reviewed
  • Lead the tracking and submission process for all third-party deliverables
  • Collaborate efficiently across teams to deliver organisational objectives and maintain the
    Foregenix values
  • Maintain a systematic comparison of deliverables against standards using a range of methodologies
  • Monitor different consulting processes to identify opportunities for process improvement.

You are expected to bring

  • Native or fluent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to pass a written English test
  • A basic understanding of audit or assessment processes
  • Previous experience in an Audit or QA role is considered desirable
  • A proactive and process-oriented mindset, comfortable with both routine tasks and collaborative problem-solving
  • A strong interest in learning the IT Security industry
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
