Foregenix is recruiting a Cybersecurity Sales Assistant to join our team in North America. Job Description and Responsibilities

Protect our customers’ digital assets and help us evolve the cybersecurity industry. The Cybersecurity Sales Assistant is responsible for providing support to our team in North America with several activities, including day to day commercial and customer success requirements. The role also requires a strong commitment to achieving our annual sales target within North America. As a Cybersecurity Sales Assistant, you will be expected to learn about Foregenix's services and products and become well-versed on industry terminology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting consultants for the region to explore opportunities in existing and emerging sectors.
  • Generating sales leads and opportunities by proactively promoting services over the phone and by email.
  • Engaging prospective customers with support from our Principal Consultants
  • Preparing information and presentations for meetings.
  • Closing sales and negotiating terms following global guidelines.
  • Assist with administrative tasks from our consultants in North America.
  • Act as the first point of call for all product related queries.

Critical Competencies

  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written American English, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Communication style to promote client engagement and foster relationships with clients.
  • Solid organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Goal and action oriented with ability and desire to work towards revenue targets within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail & can do/positive attitude.
  • Experience in a commercial sales/client facing role (inside sales, prospecting, sales support, customer support), and able to demonstrate an exemplary service ethic whilst contributing to individual and team goals.
  • Strongly prefer a bachelor’s degree and basic knowledge of cybersecurity
This role includes a mix of sales and administrative responsibilities and it requires flexibility and willingness to take on other administrative-level tasks as requested by the Principal Consultants.
