Foregenix is hiring a Inside Sales Representative. Job Purpose:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing support to regional specific sales teams with several activities, including day-to-day administrative, operational, and client engagement requirements. This includes processing service orders, liaising with clients on an international basis, and checking data accuracy. As a Sales Administrator you will also be a key link between the Regional Director and all the other Sales teams around the world, ensuring communication is efficient throughout the different regions. The role also requires a strong commitment to supporting efforts to achieve our annual sales targets within the region. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Sales process, including documentation and management of all opportunities in our CRM. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information
  • Assist with Sales-related administrative tasks to our Sales team
  • Generating sales leads and opportunities by proactively promoting services over the phone and by email
  • Engaging prospective customers following the direction from the Regional Director
  • Preparing information and presentations for Sales meetings
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders & expediting orders through internal liaison
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Assist sales team with closing sales and negotiating terms following global guidelines
  • Liaising between Sales team members across different regions to ensure smooth communication is upheld.

Expectations of Role:

  • This role will be working alongside different time zones, so there may be occasional meetings/conference calls out of business hours
  • This role will require flexibility and to take on any other tasks as requested by the Regional Director
  • This role will require a positive and diplomatic approach at all times

  • This role will require exceptional organisational and time keeping discipline
  • This role has access to highly confidential information therefore all items are to be kept discreet.

Critical Competencies:

  • At least 2 years experience in an office environment  (customer service)
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage at all levels both internally and externally. Communication style to promote client engagement and foster relationships with clients is critical to the position
  • Solid organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Goal and action oriented with ability and desire to work towards revenue targets within a team environment
  • Extensive attention to detail
  • Can do/positive attitude
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Computer literate, good understanding of Google Cloud Services (GMail, Drive, Chat, etc.)

Advantageous  Competencies:

  • Experience within a Sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRM PipeDrive
  • A basic understanding of the Cybersecurity Industry (even better Payment Card Industry)
