Purpose

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of new business lines and service offerings, turning strategic ideas into successful operational launches. From initial planning through to ‘business as usual’ handover, you will drive projects forward with clarity, pace, and accountability, ensuring seamless execution across every stage of delivery.

From driving change across the different practices to supporting the launch of new service lines, you will partner closely with the Executive Team to orchestrate high-impact, cross-functional projects that support business growth, operational excellence, and scalability.

This is a highly visible role at the centre of the organisation, working across Operations, Technical Leads, Sales, Finance, and People teams to align priorities, coordinate delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure launch readiness. You will bring structure, rigour, momentum, and collaboration to complex initiatives. In doing so, you will also shape and continuously improve our project governance and implementation standards as the business evolves.

Reporting & Structure

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the Executive Team and ownership of strategically important business initiatives. Reporting to a member of the Executive Team (Managing Principal), you will act as the key link between leadership and operational delivery teams, driving alignment, momentum, and accountability across the business.

You will work closely with Operations, Technical Leads, Sales, Finance, and People teams, using strong stakeholder management and influence to coordinate delivery in a fast-paced, global environment. While the role does not include direct line management, it carries significant ownership and autonomy, with responsibility for delivering projects successfully against agreed timelines, scope, and budget.

As the business evolves, you will play an important role in shaping how new service lines are launched, integrated, and scaled, contributing to both strategic growth and the continuous improvement of project delivery standards across the organisation.

To succeed in this role

  • Successfully drive the implementation of designated new business lines, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timeline, and budget
  • Establish seamless and effective coordination across technical leads, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to eliminate cross-functional bottlenecks and ensure strategic alignment
  • Maintain clear, concise, and consistent visibility and reporting for the Executive Team on project status, risks, and dependencies
  • Define, manage, and execute a robust handover plan for each new line of business, guaranteeing operational readiness for 'business as usual' status
  • Become the internal face of new initiative implementation, fostering collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project buy-in and success
  • Apply rigorous project methodology, astute judgement, and professional gravitas to successfully navigate the inevitable complexity and ambiguity inherent in launching new ventures.

In this role, you will

  • Define project scope, detailed work breakdown structure, timelines, and resource requirements for new business initiatives, ensuring clear governance
  • Track and manage end-to-end project delivery, proactively identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks and dependencies across all involved teams
  • Provide regular, high-impact progress reports and presentations directly to the Executive Team and key functional stakeholders
  • Ensure all new initiatives are fully documented, and seamlessly transitioned to the Operations team for long-term management and scaling
  • Learn and build on our existing operational frameworks, adapting project management approaches where needed to fit the initiative and its complexity
  • Facilitate effective communication and synchronisation between Operations, Technical Leads, Marketing, Sales, Accounts, and People & Talent teams to ensure integrated delivery.

You are expected to bring

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in project management or programme delivery for complex, cross-functional business initiatives
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the implementation of new products, services, or business lines from conception through to operational launch
  • Exceptional executive communication, with proven ability to report, persuade, and manage expectations among C-level stakeholders, including Managing Principals and VPs
  • Deep familiarity with formal project methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile) and expertise in tools for tracking project progress, resources, and budgets
  • Demonstrable ability to drive coordination and project outcomes through influence and stakeholder management rather than direct line management authority
  • Proven ability to work completely independently while driving collaboration effectively with remote colleagues across time zones and technical areas
  • A proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and community-minded mindset
  • Fluency in English.
