Foregenix attends MasterCard ARM ConferenceMay 14, 2012

Boca Raton, Florida, May 2012 - Foregenix attended the annual MasterCard Academy of Risk Management conference for the Americas in Boca Raton, Florida. 

The conference was focused on key risk management issues facing Acquiring and Issuing banks in the North American market, with a very experienced and varied line-up of speakers delivering informative and interesting presentations. Of key interest to the Americas is the migration to EMV and the potential benefits that this may bring to the market in terms of fraud reduction.

Foregenix supported MasterCard on the first day of the conference, delivering a presentation on "Managing an Account Data Compromise" - an area in which our forensic team have a wealth experience. In addition to supporting MasterCard with the presentation by our CTO, Andrew Bontoft, Foregenix also presented an attack simulation and exhibited our cardholder data discovery and monitoring solution, FScout.

The conference was very well attended by Acquiring and Issuing banks, mainly from the North American region, however it was a pleasure to see some of our European banking clients there too.

All in all, the MasterCard team did an outstanding job in running another very successful conference - thank you!
